Welcome to the European Youth Parliament. The place for young europeans to discuss and debate European Politics.

You want to become part of EYP? Visit the pages on how to get involved.

Thorbjørn Jagland, Secetary General of the Council of Europe, has granted patronage to all sessions of the European Youth Parliament.

2352 young Europeans had their say on immigration and asylum policy. What did they have to say? Click here to find out

Through "Outreach Events" the EYP also tries to include socially disadvantaged young people. In Germany, for example, the Deutsche Telekom supports initiatives of the EYP to achieve this aim.

EYP Outreach event are organised regularly in a number of EYP countries and also include young people who are often not involved in European youth projects. See here.

The European Youth Parliament is a unique place for intercultural dialogue.

The European Youth Parliament brings together young people from 34 European countries. At more than 80 sessions per year, we debate and discuss hot topics of the European agenda. The EYP represents a unique platform for active European citizenship for young people.

The 68th International Session of the European Youth Parliament was organised in Zagreb, Croatia from 30th of September to 9th of October 2011. More than 250 young people from all over Europe came together to discuss current European topics.

All information can be found here

The 69th International Session of the European Youth Parliament will take place in Istanbul, Turkey from 23th of March to 1st of April 2012. Under the theme of “Bridging the Cultural Divides of Europe”, the session will gather 320 participants from over 30 countries to discuss current European affairs, exchange ideas and vision for tomorrow’s Europe.

All information can be found here.
