Kuopio 2010 - Regional Session of EYP Finland

Dear EYP Alumni,

EYP Finland will organise three Regional Sessions in October and November 2010. The sessions are the
main events of its campaign "Your European Citizenship". The sessions act as a preliminary round for our
National Session, held in Helsinki in February 2011.

Each session will gather approximately 120 participants and will include a day of teambuilding, a day of
committee work and a one-day General Assembly. The working language of the sessions is English.

The sessions will take place as follows:

Finnish Regional Session Tampere 2010, 1st–3rd of October 2010
Finnish Regional Session Kuopio 2010, 22nd–24th of October 2010
Finnish Regional Session Turku 2010, 12th–14th of November 2010

Applications for chairs and journalists to the sessions are now welcome. It is possible to apply for multiple
sessions and positions.

Applications should include:

- which session(s) and position(s) you apply for
- contact details (name, age, nationality, e-mail, phone number)
- previous EYP-experience
- a short statement of motivation (no more than 500 words)

There is no participation fee for foreign officials. The participation fee for Finnish chairs and journalists is € 25. The travel costs to and from the sessions are at your own expense. All officials are asked to arrive one day prior to the session in order to have a full day of teambuilding and training.

Deadline for applications is on Friday the 20th of August. Applications are to be sent to
