Advanced Training for Facilitators: FIT in Estonia

location: Korvemaa
description: From the 25th of August till the 3rd of September the beautiful town of Korvemaa in Estonia will be the venue for the next Facilitating International Teams 2006 Training Course with the title of ”Advanced Training For Facilitators: FIT in Estonia”.

The FIT Training now organised for the third summer in a row focuses on knowledge and skills needed in facilitating international groups. The training does not only provide tips and tricks and lecturing, but personal feedback is used as one of the main methods throughout the whole course.

The aim of the training is to create a safe space for personal growth and learning for participants and team members as well as a space to exchange on facilitation skills and attitudes in relation to international group processes to provide basic training that enables the participants to competently and confidently facilitate in Intercultural context.

The programme of the course is to be designed and run by a multicultural team of professional trainers with wide experience of trainings.

The participants will consist of 25 young people with a maximum of two thirds by the partner organisations (EYP/HSS, WithVision, TEN, etc.) Participants from the EYP/HSS must have gained chairing experience at several regional, national or international events or experience equally deemed in relevance.

All Applicants from EYP/HSS have to apply using the enclosed application form.
