Dear EYP Alumni,                                         

EYP-Ukraine is proud to announce the very first Joint School Session of the European Youth Parliament – Ukraine, Ukrainian Youth Assembly, and International Relations Lyceum #51. The session will be held between 24th and 26th of September, 2011.

It will include a full day of teambuilding, one day of committee work and one day of General Assembly, which will be held in the premises of the Supreme Council of Ukraine. The working language of the Session is English.

All of the Session discussions will be united under the theme “European integration of Ukraine: Difficulties and Prospects”. The Session will gather around 60 delegates from more than 10 different schools of Kyiv. They will be divided into 6 committees, led by international chairpersons.

EYP-Ukraine opens a call for International Chairpersons to form the Officials Team of the Session.

To apply for the position fill in the application form enclosed. The form should be submitted to rd@eyp-ua.org no later than September 15th, 2011. The selection panel will consist of Session Head-Organiser (Iaroslav Miller), Session President (Dmytro Honcharenko), and a Board Member of EYP-Ukraine.

If selected as a member of the Officials Team, you will be asked to arrive on Friday, September 23rd, until 13:00 in order to take part in the Officials’ Teambuilding.

There is no participation fee for officials.
