Preliminary rounds for NSC Carlsbad 2012

Around 25 delegations from all over the Czech Republic will gather in Prague in order to prove that they should be chosen to participate at the XIV. NSC of EYP CZ in Carlsbad.
The event takes place during the weekend. Each day, a half of the applying delegations will go through the whole GA procedure. The resolutions are preset for them, so the main aim is to observe their discussion/persuasion/flexibility/… skills.
