WE INVITE YOU TO APPLY TO Chairs´ training (13th – 15th August)
EYP Finland Chairs’ training invites fresh EYPers interested in chairing to gather in Helsinki in order to obtain tools and confidence for chairing at EYP sessions and else where. The maximum amount of participants is 20. The trainers will be internationally experienced chairs.
WHAT WILL I LEARN?
- Gain basic knowledge on how a group works
- Learn basic group leading techniques (chairing/facilitation)
- Practice the use of teambuilding exercises and brainstorming techniques
- Practice chairing situations
- Gain more confidence to chair through feedback
WHO IS THE COURSE FOR?
- EYPers interested in chairing
- EYPers thinking about becoming officials
- EYPers wanting to gain more confidence
PRACTICAL DETAILS
- Arrival on Friday 13th of August before 14:00, departure Sunday 15th of August after 17:00
- Participation fee 25 EUR
